A: Each month on the 5th we will post some sneak peek photos of the upcoming month’s Bow Sets. You then have the 5th-9th to make any changes to you’re account/order. You can switch between sets, change between headband and clips or even skip that month’s bows. Whatever’s changes you make (or don’t make) will then be in effect for the monthly charge on the 10th!

A: Yes, this’s can be done using the “swap” function on your account page. Just make sure you update your account before the 10th of each month!

A: Yes, follow this guide to make that switch. Please note, if you have made any changes to your account after the 10th of each month, we cannot guarantee that these changes will go into effect for the upcoming shipment. Drop us a line to make sure we've got it updated!
Q: When will my card be charged for each month's subscription?
A: All charges are run on the 10th of each month.

A: Orders will be shipped out no later than the 26th of each month.
Q: Do I have to pay shipping for my bows?
A: Yes, each month you will be charged a flat shipping rate of $2.95 (domestic orders only). All deliveries ship USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Q: What is a "sliding adjustable elastic headband"?
A: Our sliding adjustable elastic headbands are made with either 3/8in or 5/8in soft and stretch elastic, assembled with a sliding feature, allowing you to adjust the headband to the perfect fit for your baby. These headbands can be custom adjusted to fit newborns to adolescents.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
A: Yes, after your first month's subscription has been charged, you may cancel at anytime through your account.
